With the aim of promoting competitiveness and best practices, the Executive Search organization, IMD International Search Group, held its second annual world conference, in Budapest, during the month of October. In the meeting, important Head Hunting companies from all over the world participated, members of the group, within which SommerGroup® was present.
One of the central themes of the meeting was the generation of higher revenues for the industry, where it was announced the creation of a new position Chief Revenue Officer, whose role is to analyze strategies, to advise the members of IMD in improving their income.
Within the context of promoting the growth of the industry, the concept of business exchange (inter business) was exposed, through which companies can manage clients in several countries, offering a specialized service, but with a global account look. In the instance, various exhibitions and workshops were held, aiming at developing ideas in the line of business growth in the field.
Additionally, Relationship Management Strategies, related to the ability of partners to attract more business, practices in the line of digital marketing (content generation and social network management), to attract key customers were announced. As references, they showed successful digital marketing initiatives, applied in countries such as Mexico (Adler Kotler) and Holland (Questus).
Finally, we highlight the visit of Google CEO in Hungary, Edina Heal. The speaker showed with studies, the positive experience of companies that incorporated greater diversity in their organizations (gender, culture, professional, etc.) and how this measure allowed them to generate better results mainly in innovation.
