AESC Global Conference 2019 “CREATE THE FUTURE”

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), brings together the annual conference “Create the Future”, which brings together the leading headhunting companies in the world, in which SommerGroup® is participating. 

The meeting is being held in New York, from April 8 to 12, and there is debate about change, innovation and disruption.

Digital technologies have reached organizations and industries around the world and the acquisition of talent is no exception. We have seen an explosion of technologies that could drastically change the executive search scenario, making us more efficient and focused on the client.
